The Interim Management Board of the bank is comprised of five technocrats. The new Chairman of the board is Mr. Adamu Faruna, a resigned senior bank director, while Barrister Adejoh Amego, a legal advisor is to serve as the Secretary of the board.
In an announcement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Kogi State Governor, Mr. Kingsley Fanwo, the Governor said his organization is ready to reposition the bank and make it an impetus for center level financial strengthening, encouraging the administration to guarantee the bank works with a perspective to accelerate monetary improvement.
He said his organization will keep on remaining focused on repositioning the bank to complete its command to the Kogi individuals. Different individuals from the board are: Mrs Hassanat Oyiza Ohize, a resigned bank administrator; Adebisi Jimoh O., Director General, ANAN and Benjamin Atomise, a resigned investor. The arrangements are to produce quick results, the announcement said.
