1.       You can go to Delsu School café with your confirmation slip given to you by the bank and they will help you validate it.

2.       To solve the problem yourself go to the bank you made the payment and complain and ask them to enable the pin. They will enable the pin and you can now go back and validate your slip at any cybercafé or business center if you do not have a laptop.
